Cancellation policy

  • No reservations will be charged for cancellations prior to arrival.


  • Reservations canceled on the day of arrival will be charged 10% of the agreed reservation cost.


  • If an offer is valid, no refund is provided.


  • In case of no show the customer is charged 100% of the agreed booking cost.


  • Customers must be at the agreed arrival time at the store, or no later than ten minutes from the agreed time.


  • In case of reduced booking cost, the customer is not charged extra.
